Gland packing made of pure expanded mineral graphite of the highest quality, with corrosion inhibitor.The advantages of pure expanded mineral graphite are its flexibility, compressibility and incombustibility; it is self-lubricant, compatible with most fluids and it offers unlimited storage time. It is also available in a version finished with PTFE impregnation, Ref. MG 780 P, as blocking agent, used in many services in different equipment including pumps in multiple applications.
